Administrative and Welfare Policies

 This policy document has been introduced and developed to provide consistency and transparency to the decision making process of the Railway Sub Branch Board and members in general.
A policy may be introduced or amended by the majority vote of members at a general meeting, provided that one month's notice of motion has been given..
A policy will be constructed to show application, purpose and content.
These policies will not be in conflict with State, District or Sub Branch Constitutions or By-laws.
